The Senior team travelled to Tooting for their latest match and faced tough competition, finishing in 4th place. Individual wins were hard to come by, but Luke Johnson had a good Javelin competition to win with a throw of 54.64m, with Matt O’Dwyer taking second place in the B string with 26.57m. Johnson then went on to win the B string Triple Jump with 10.19m. There was a double first in the Women’s Pole Vault where Sophie Sheldon cleared 2.60m in the A string and newcomer Bryony Snuggs 2.10m in the B event. Snuggs had earlier thrown 18.01m to take second place in the Hammer. Issy Hayes ran well in the 800m, running 2m23.5s for second place.
